EXPERIENCES & GROUPS

What kind of people join your trips?

Our participants are curious, open-minded individuals from diverse backgrounds, often seeking meaningful travel. Some come alone, others with a friend or partner — but all are drawn to the unique, intentional nature of what we offer.

We work with small groups, usually between 8 and 15 people. This allows for a personalized and intimate experience.

Yes. We host special women’s retreats, such as our November experience in Fez, focusing on feminine energy, wellness, spirituality, and cultural rituals in a safe and nurturing space.

ABOUT MOROCCO

Is Morocco a safe destination?

Yes. We work in trusted regions with experienced local partners. Our accommodations, guides, and collaborators are carefully selected to ensure safety, comfort, and authenticity. A Dihya host is always present during the trip.

Visa requirements depend on your nationality. For most European, North American, and certain other countries, no visa is required for stays under 90 days. Please check with your local embassy to be sure.

GOOD TO KNOW

Can I pay by card in Morocco?

While credit and debit cards are accepted in many hotels, restaurants, and some larger shops, most local markets (souks), small boutiques, and artisan stalls operate in cash only. We recommend carrying Moroccan dirhams for everyday purchases.

You can, but exchanging your money in Morocco is generally more favorable. You’ll find exchange offices at airports and in most cities. ATMs are also widely available and reliable if you prefer to withdraw cash directly.

Yes, tipping is part of the culture in Morocco. It is customary to leave small tips for drivers, guides, waiters, and hotel staff. Your Dihya host will gladly guide you on appropriate amounts during the trip.

POLICIES & CANCELLATIONS

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer a fair and flexible cancellation policy. If you cancel in advance, we may offer a partial refund or a travel credit for a future experience. Each trip has specific terms, which we’ll share upon registration.

We do not offer travel insurance directly. We highly recommend that all participants purchase their own insurance that covers trip cancellation, health emergencies, and baggage loss.

What languages do you speak?

Our team speaks English, French, Spanish, and Arabic. You’ll always be able to communicate comfortably throughout the journey.
