Najoua is a Moroccan dancer, choreographer, and cultural guide who brings the vibrant energy of Morocco retreats to life, serving as a passionate guardian of feminine folklore. She celebrates ancestral movements while guiding others to embody tradition with authenticity. Through her workshops, Najoua creates transformative experiences that blend artistic expression, cultural preservation, and the empowering reconnection to sacred feminine heritage.

Biography

Choreographer and dance teacher and dance performer, specialized in Moroccan Oriental
dance, cultures and traditional feminine expressions. Founder of Hamasat mina Al Sharq
and Dihya, she has worked for over 10 years on dance and cultural empowerment projects
in Europe.

Najoua holds a degree in Tourism from the Higher International Institute of Tourism in Tanger and has worked in cultural initiatives in Spain. Her artistic journey has led her to be invited to numerous international festivals, where she has also served as a jury member in prestigious Oriental dance and Arab folklore competitions.

Deeply rooted in Moroccan heritage and guided by a strong sense of spirituality, animal protection, and women’s empowerment, she brings to Dihya a rare blend of artistry, authenticity, and purpose.

At the retreat, Najoua will lead immersive dance sessions that awaken joy, sensuality, and feminine freedom — bridging tradition, identity, and embodiment.
